一、請本校各單位加強宣導源頭減量及垃圾分類回收工作：

1.個人力行源頭減量，自備環保餐具杯。

2.廢棄物丟棄時請落實資源回收分類。

3.實驗場所廢棄物不可丟入生活垃圾。

4.餐盒容器請倒空剩餘物、清洗瀝乾再回收。

5.營繕、修繕或工程等廢棄物須由廠商妥善清除處理。

6.購置更換家具等請廠商進行舊有家具回收處理。

7.加強單位內垃圾桶設置、標示及分類狀況，加強整理(一般垃圾、資源回收、廚餘)。

8.請配合校園垃圾車、資源回收車巡迴及各項廢棄物收運及清運作業，勿使用黑色垃圾袋等，垃圾須以透明袋包裝，且不得袋中有袋。

All units within the university are encouraged to strengthen the promotion of source reduction and waste classification and recycling:

• Individuals are encouraged to reduce waste at the source and bring their own eco-friendly tableware and cups.
• When disposing of waste, please ensure proper waste classification and recycling.
• Laboratory waste should not be disposed of as general household waste.
• Empty and clean food containers before recycling.
• Construction, repair, or engineering waste must be properly managed and removed by relevant contractors.
• When purchasing new furniture or replacing existing items, please arrange for the recycling of old furniture through the supplier.
• Improve the placement, labeling, and classification of trash bins within each unit (general waste, recyclables, kitchen waste).
• Please cooperate with campus garbage trucks, resource recycling trucks, and various waste collection and transportation operations. Do not use black garbage bags; garbage should be packaged in transparent bags, and no bags within bags are allowed."

二、請各單位於辦理會議、訓練及活動時，不提供各類材質免洗餐具、及各種材質一次用飲料杯，並進行執行成果填報作業：

1.依據行政院環境保護署「行政機關、學校減少使用免洗餐具及包裝飲用水作業指引」及教育部「教育部及所屬機關、學校減少使用免洗餐具及包裝飲用水執行方式原則」辦理。

2.各單位於辦理會議、訓練及活動時，不提供各類材質免洗餐具，不提供包裝飲用水及各種材質一次用飲料杯。(提供可重複清洗餐具為原則)

3.各單位開會、訓練或活動通知單，可加註相關警語，提醒參與者。(範例：響應一次用產品減量，請自備環保杯、環保餐具等)

4.各單位如有場地租借，該場地如可飲食，可加註相關規範，提醒借用單位。(範例：申請單位使用場地辦理會議、訓練或活動時，需配合政策不提供各類材質免洗餐具、包裝飲用水及各類材質一次用飲料杯。)

5.即日起各單位執行成果，請至填報網址：https://reurl.cc/jG6ezn進行填報作業，以利每月環保署網站填報作業。

6.如各單位無法配合時，請填報「各單位無法執行減少使用一次用產品相關措施說明書」或單位內部專簽，相關資料請掃描回傳環安中心信箱備查。
