- For these re-newed or newly established laboratories, the managers should hand in the 「新設(異動)列管實驗場所基本資料表」form and the revised floor plan to the ESH center.
- The managers of all laboratories should update the personnel information in the ESH Electronic Management System.
- The laboratory principal investigator should offer proper personal protective equipments, by following the SDS rule, to all laboratory members.
- All laboratory members should have the risk assessment before running a new experiment or operating new facilities.
- All laboratory members should complete the ‘education and training’ courses and follow the safety and health work rules before entering and working in laboratories.
- All laboratory members, who get paid or receive scholarship, have the responsibility to complete health checkup required by law.
