Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training, 2025 (For General workplace personnel)
1. This course is held in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Act, and Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Rules, Personal Data Protection Act and related regulation.
1.1 Employers shall provide laborers with all necessary safety and health education and training to perform duties and prevent accidents. Laborers are obligated to participate in safety and health education and training.
1.2 The Violations shall be subject to a fine of no more than $NT3,000.
2. The general safety and health education and trainings:
2.1 The General workers(No experiment).
2.1.1 All new members, including Full-time Faculty, Part-time Faculty, Visiting Science and Technology Personnel, Project-based Employees, Contract Employees, and Civil Servants..., etc. Those who must have received the general on-the-job safety and health education and training at least 3 hours.
2.1.2 Those being directed or supervised by the person in charge of the work environment must have received the general on-the-job safety and health education and training at least 3 hours every three years.
2.2 All new members, including research assistants, postdoctoral fellows are obligated to participate in General Safety and Health training. And those who will be operating of dangerous machinery operations or will be experiment of dangerous substances or harmful substances are obligated to participate in Education and Training for Dangerous and Hazardous Chemicals.
3. General on-the-job safety and health education and training, August 22(Fri) 2pm.-5pm., Conference Room I, General Building I (2F R202), NTHU.
3.1 Registration deadline is August 1, 2025. All members must register.

5. If you are overdue for 10 minutes (2:10pm.), will not be allowed entry or sign-in. Those who fail to complete sign-in or leave early will be deemed as not attending the training.
