When handling meetings, trainings and activities, all units are requested not to provide disposable tableware of various materials and disposable beverage cups of various materials, and to fill in the implementation results.

1. Handle in accordance with the "Operation Guidelines for Administrative Agencies and Schools to Reduce the Use of Disposable Tableware and Packaged Drinking Water" by the Environmental Protection Agency of the Executive Yuan and the "Principles of Implementation Methods for the Ministry of Education and its affiliated agencies and schools to reduce the use of disposable tableware and packaged drinking water" by the Ministry of Education .

2. When conducting meetings, trainings and activities, each unit will not provide disposable tableware of various materials, packaged drinking water and disposable beverage cups of various materials. ( The principle is to provide reusable tableware )

3. Notices for meetings, trainings or activities of each unit can be added with relevant warnings to remind participants. ( Example: In response to the reduction of single-use products, please bring your own eco-friendly cups, eco-friendly tableware, etc. )

4. If each unit rents a venue, and if food and beverages are allowed in the venue, relevant regulations can be added to remind the borrowing unit. ( Example: When the applicant uses the venue for meetings, trainings or activities, it must comply with the policy and not provide disposable tableware of various materials, packaged drinking water and disposable beverage cups of various materials. )

5. From now on, please go to the reporting website: https://reurl.cc/jG6ezn to report the implementation results of each unit to facilitate the monthly reporting process on the Environmental Protection Agency website.

6. In response to the current serious epidemic situation, if each unit switches to online processing, there will still be moderators, speakers or a few relevant personnel at the main venue, who can also complete the reporting process.

7. If each unit is unable to cooperate, please fill in the "Instructions for Each Unit Unable to Implement Relevant Measures to Reduce the Use of Single-Use Products" or sign a special signature within the unit. Please scan the relevant information and send it back to the Environmental Safety Center's mailbox for future reference.
